Succesfull Business

Steeve and Benoit founded Milan Conception in 2007, after more than 15 years of experience as process engineers in the automotive weather-strip business. Together, they had vast experience with numeral processes and machines, with mixing and electrostatic coating applications, with in-line cutting and clip insertion, with in-mold notching and robotized tape application.

Milan’s goal, from the beginning, has been to optimize the processes involved in the automotive weather-strip industry. That is what we have done. Our desire to innovate has led to the development of internal processes unique to the industry. Confident in our strengths, we started our own business. We developed innovative clip insertion technology and created a cycle time that was five times faster than that with which the industry was acquainted. This technology is now on the market. The core of our business is the design and manufacture of these Insert Clip Machines. Milan Conception has become a world leader with technology that is sometimes copied but never equaled. Thanks to our customers trust and satisfaction and our devotion to continuous investment in R&D, Milan Conception is a growing business. We are well- known for our dedication to customer satisfaction and our high quality machines. We are not only machine manufacturers, we are fundamentally process engineers. We hope to count you among our business partners soon.
