OVERVIEW
The Push Pin Machine is designed to insert pins and cut weather strip lengths with precision just like the Insert Clip Machine. It’s an improved system for inserting blind attachments as an entry point for a seal. The seal enters by way of the entry point and continues its guided course via servo-pullers. A linear drive servo-drill makes a first hole in the seal, and as the seal is moved by the servo-pullers, a blind attachment is inserted by an insertion tool. At the same time as the blind attachment is inserted, a second hole is made in the seal at the appropriate location.
The Push Pin Machine offers the same quality and speed as the regular speed Insert Clip Machine. The Push Pin Machine has latitude when it comes to extrusion variation and can run an almost infinite number of cross sections in a matter of minutes. It can also handle Pre-Cut Material.
